Authored by 28 thought leaders in Montessori education, this book explores crucial topics for 2024 and beyond, emphasizing growth, innovation, and social responsibility. The chapters touch on foundational Montessori principles, the learning environment, global teacher training, public school integration, sustainability, social justice, parent engagement, public policy, tradition versus technology, and the future of Montessori education.

I was honored to co-author the chapter “Culturally Responsive Education: Fostering Equity and Social Justice in Montessori Education.” In this chapter, my co-authors and I tackle the question: How can Montessori lead the way in fostering equity and social justice in schools?
